Company president Bill Hogan says the French Food Safety Agency and the Veterinary Laboratories Agency in England provided samples of blood, some of which were positive for bovine spongiform encephalopathy, and others that were clean.
Vacci-Test then tested the blood, not knowing which samples were which. He said it had a 96 per cent success rate in detecting the disease.
