Co-incidentally, Blackwaters' competition will get contracts to increase their numbers, and the contractors will just move to other companies. Or, Blackwater will sub-contract their staff out to competitors.

Today's news states that ALL mercenary armies (I refuse to call them contractor companies) are being reviewed by the Iraqi government. They better start packing before we have more mercs hanging from bridges than Christmas lights at Disneyland.
