hopefully the US will not forget this is a training exercise, there is a pattern of the US military targeting Canadians and calling the deaths friendly fire. This war game pretend reminds me of the little dorky, kid in the neighbourhood falling overhimself to just be able to hang with the big bullies while the bullies outdo themselves in coming up with ways to humiliate him. Sound familiar?

Has anyone in their wildest imaginations considered that Harper has been blindsiding Bush all along?

Consider, Bush's tendency to invade any country with appreciable resources they can use. Consider Harper's skill as a strategist. Consider Canada's reputation as a wimp. Consider Bush's intelligence.

Does Harper have an agenda beyond his agenda? Does he set up the Americans? Does he do a reverse Trojan Horse? Does he 'play war' with the Americans to infiltrate? And when they, the Americans, are nice and comfy I suspect he will pull the rug out from under them and assume dictatorial powers over us all!!

    Muahahaha...Happy Halloween!

This has always been done throughout the history of both navies. Even when I was a sailor in the late sixties and early seventies, these exercises were the norm. Britain, New Zealand and Australia took part and France as well. No live ammo is used. You may be proud to know that the Rainbow (a sub) was the only vessel to make a direct hit on the USS Enterprise. Canada's role in NATO is anti-submarine (or was) and very efficient at it.

In the 80's too, our Destroyers weren't 'allowed' to play with the US subs, because we always detected the behemoths too easy.

Canadian magnetic detection is some of the best in the world! Drop you watch in the ocean, and we'll find it for you!
