His statements that were way off-base are the following: "Our head offices aren't being hollowed out" and "with two centre-right parties in Martin's Liberals and the new Conservatives". Centre-right ? I don't think so !

    I read that too, Jim, and you`re right, I think Gwyn is another one of those mentally colonized/ closet Americans.

    your Fathers Canada only exists on the Priaries. In short, anywhere the CFL is still followed. Urban Ontario and Lower Mainland has been lost to the globalists. How do I know? Because i grew up in Ontario and Vancouver, and now live in rural Alberta. The key to freedom? Turn off your television and radio. Sound and Light hypnotism in the hands of tricky marketers and pusher media outlets, is the true terrorism, not the phony arab kind the capitalist zealots wish you believe.

    You don\'t neccessarily need to watch TV or hear radio, you can read the paper. Even reading the paper once a week is enough if you want to keep informed, since they recycle the same information everyday.

    True to some degree, although I\'m 18, live in Toronto, and I love my Argonauts -and have been attending games regularly since 1994, when I was 9 years old.

    He did have one good point about cities needing/getting more of their own money back, with increased power. Afterall, 80% of Canada lives in our cities.

    I remeber Globe and Mail editor Alan Greenspon mentioning how he embarrassed Richard Gwyn many years ago......I think he was implying that Gwyn is long past his prime in ideas and vision!
