Hello,
I was stopped at a police check stop yesterday in Nova Scotia (Queens County) where the officer requested to see my license and registration only. He wouldn’t let me leave until he had seen it. I argued about it and he proclaimed that he had the right to do it. Having done nothing wrong to provoke this, is this not an infringement on my civil liberties? Did I legally have to show it to him? If anyone knows specifically where it says this can or cant be done please let me know... i want to take this to the media and our local political parties. But i need proof first and I don't know where to find it. This event greatly disturbed me. -Ob | |
