What would make a huge change for the better, in this regard, would be if we could ask the Suprmeme Court of Canada , for a ruling like the New Guinea Supreme Court ruling, which stated that for any party to tell it's members how to vote on any issue , violates their constitutional right to freedom of expression, and the right of their constituents to have their views represented.
Unfortunately, no one has enough money to outbid the government and all political parties, and purchase a credible ruling from the legal industry.
