Title: A letter to top judges of the B.C. Surpeme Court
Topic: Canadian Politics
Written By: Robin Mathews
Date: Wednesday, March 03 at 09:52
A violation of the terms of appointment for Special Prosecutors was almost certainly the case in the appointment of William Berardino in the BC Rail Scandal matter.  The B.C. Attorney General's ministry refuses to discuss the appointment - on unacceptable grounds.  In the following letter officers of the Supreme Court of B.C. are requested to act.

The judges are all in the back pockets of the banker corporate fascists. I haven`t see much action from judges showing me that they are concerned with justice. The whole legal system is a farce. The law is just force in disguise, with double standards for banks, corporations, rich and poor. Funny, I`m listening to the throne speech right now, and all I hear is lies, lies, lies....

There's the legal system and there is the justice system - and sometimes the two are one and the same. But not often...........

What do you call a lawyer with an IQ under 50? Your honour!
When I suggested the NDP government in BC join forces with the environmental movement to get the testing of nuclear weapons out of Georgia Strait, then forest minister Andrew Petter , former UBC law professor, told me "Judges are appointed for their right wing biase and for their maintaining the gap between rich and poor. They know full well that is what they were given the job for, and that is exactly what they will do." or words to that effect. Glen Robertson asked " Is that what you tell your law students?" Petter said "That is exactly what I tell all my law students."
I was pleased when he was made attorney general, altho, unfortunately, not for long enough. .

A friend had his home damaged by seismic testing by the oil industry in Alberta. The judge seemed sympathetic all along. He took time out to reach his verdict. When he returned, he seemed a totally different man, red faced and appearing terrified. He ruled against my friend and ordered him to pay $3500 in costs. Makes you wonder what threats Incana made against him and his family to get the verdict they wanted.
I suggested he sell "Weibo Ludwig for Premier" T shirts

We are truly a banana republic, replete with our own Papa Doc's & Tonton Macoute's.
Where's our own Timothy McVeigh, who might wanna visit Encana headquarters.....

If our ruling class keep up with the injustices, I`m sure they`ll come out of the woodwork.

I just met a high school buddy of former BC Chief prosecutor Bob Gillen ,who did everything possible to support the right of a cop to lie in court, including ignoring government policy, and refusing to send the case on to Vancouver for a second opinion. He said Gillen was a slimeball from day one , back in high school, in the Harewood area of Nanaimo. Now Gillen is deputy minister , one step away from becoming a judge, passing judgement on the honesty of others.
His Honour? Ya , right!
