...have of them support that criminal.

and quite succinctly too, I must add, LOL.
The point, quite correctly, has been made that in fact it is NOT " have" the Americans or half either for that matter

But Hey waht is the point of mistakes if not to coreect 'em?

Americans need to wake up and realize how they are being lied to.

Wake up and really see the truth, Congress, Senate, House of Repr. Governors, Mayors of America need to stop letting the lies being
given to justify a Invasion on Iraq and killing of millions of people.

Stop blaming one another for the faults of abuse in Iraq Prisons and Cuba, The Sept 11 attack the truth about the events and why it was allowed to happen.

Let the chain of command take the responsible course and admit their mistakes.

Stop the killing people of Iraq and other countries. Terrorists have increased since Iraq, why well ask the Bush adminstration why.
Why was OBL let go?
ask the Bush people.

Why was the Demand Letter not replied to
that was sent to Bush.

There are many questions, election fraud, have all the states recheck the vote
counts lets get the ball rolling and make this election a honest count.

It needs to stop here, example of elections for others countries, what a laugh when US cannot condut a honest election.

Half and Half America is divided, why

US elections not only affect the people in US but effects other countries. We need honest people in government that will uphold truth, and freedom and equal rights for everyone.

Not special interests and the rich

No wonder the world looks at US with hate and mistrust.

Which point are you correcting other than my typo? Polls show HALF (1/2) the American population support the Bush administration. This has nothing to do with how many people voted for Bush.

Collective guilt is a fundamentally flawed concept. Germans were not collectively guilty for Hitler's crimes in any way that humanity in general wasn't guilty for in producing such a monster.

Races, families, tribes, nations, bridge clubs or gangs do not commit crimes. Individuals commit crimes. Individuals can cooperate in the commission of crimes, but each are individually guilty only for their own specific role.

One of the most obnoxious examples of the doctrine of collective guilt is the annual ritual of Canadian feminists portraying Marc Lepine as representative of all men.

These evils arise when we classify people according to convenient labels and collectivize them. Lepine and Hitler both collectivized their respective enemies, and this is their first step in dehumanizing them.

It's easier to hit or kill a stereotype, a label, a proxy for a group or a faceless mass of people than it is an individual human being. Collectivization is the first step in dehumanization. The next step is the atrocity.

Personall I get fed up of Canadians who label all Americans based on what their government does. Its time we stop refering to Americans and refer to Bush and his admin. Sure they voted the guy in, but so did we some how vote for Martin. We don't blame the masses cause technically it wasn't the masses of the population that voted Bush in, or even Martin for that matter.
Bush is not truly representing all of the American people. Get That Into Your Heads. The majority of the population did not vote him in. Same goes for here in Canada with Martin.
Kevin

Sorry Kevin but your argument doesn't wash.
Democracies are forms of governments under which the power to alter laws lies with the voting citizenry, referred to as 'the people'. The people elect representatives who act by the people consent, as enforced by elections and the rule of law. That's what the dictionary says anyway.
America presents itself to the world as the beacon of democracy and you would have us dispense Americans from voting accountability ? I can't buy that or it would imply America is no longer a democracy. Is it one really ? I'm beginning to seriously wonder.
---
« Il y a une belle, une terrible rationalité dans la décision d'être libre. » - Gérard Bergeron

Democracies are forms of governments under which the power to alter laws lies with the voting citizenry, referred to as 'the people'. That's what the dictionary says anyway.

America presents itself to the world as the beacon of democracy and you would have us dispense Americans from voting accountability ? I can't buy that
Neither does your argument wash. Those who really believe in Bush and his ideas, them I condemn. I have sympathy for American people, but only for those who voted out of ignorance and those who didn't vote. Those who voted out of ignorance has allot to do with good old Fox news and many other forms of brain washing that goes on down there. But the same stuff is happening here in Canada.
The majority that didn't vote Bush, why exactly should we Canadians show hatred towards them? enlighten me please. They are prisoners themselves.
As far as I'm concerned accoutability in voting lies in the hands of those who create this system and that's the politicians. Voter turnout and voters being well informed at the polls will never happen. It will only get worse. Vote turnout low and those who do vote will be brain washed to vote a certain way. It may not happen much here, but it happens already in the U.S. Get ready cause one day someone will be showing hatred towards us Canadians in the same way.
With all that said I'm starting to see where your coming from. Your saying that if one doesn't vote at all, to make changes in the whitehouse then they should be held accountable. Am I right? Well that makes sense. Accept you got to remember that many who tried to make changes with their votes in the past, got robed during the Al Gore and Bush election. They were discouraged into not voting. Its all part of the plan I'm sure.
Kevin

Do not confuse ignorance with denial. Half the population of the United States supports this administration and choose to live in denial of their attrocities. There are many forms of denial, but this makes them no less guilty.

Has anyone seen 911-ROAD TO TYRANNY BY Alex Jones? It shows some interesting footage about our closest neighbour's dilemma, - a dilemma we in Canada likely will share in one way or another. Homeland Security

That is the whole point of this particular video, which you obviously haven't seen. It is available for download in its entirety. It shows how far America has gone down the road to fascism. Have a look!

re: Do We Hate Americans?

When you base your Canadian nationalism on anti-Americanism, despite your dis-ingenuous protests to the contrary, it becomes pretty obvious.
