A young redheaded kid was allegedly kidnapped in BC, recently. After several days of searching, they got a call saying he was at home, despite the home being surrounded by cops. The idea that the kidnapper brought the kid home, then left, without being seen, despite the place being surrounded by cops, is a major embarrassment for the cops etc. The kid was unharmed. Looks mighty fishy. The father is looking increasingly nervous, and is very forgiving of the alleged kidnapper.
A friend just asked if the father may have set the whole thing up. Did he dope the kid up , put him out of sight and point the finger at whoever was most vulnerable to the setup?
Looks like a good movie in the making.
