It looks like the scandal over the corrupt squandering of taxpayers money in Tony Clements riding, with the G20 excuse, may become the Tories version of the Gomery scandal, which sunk the Liberals. This, while Liberal scandals are still fresh in the minds of voters, could be a huge opportunity for the NDP. It could tip the balance.Especially with the most recent polls showing the NDP with 34% support, compared to the Tories with 38%. A 2% shift would put them in a dead heat. People vote against, not for , and the party in power is on the firing line , far more so than opposition parties.
