It's the bogeyman that no politician dared give voice to.......even at this stage Harper wouldn't come out in the open and say it. He will have to conjure up some "good reason" to justify his move. And it will seem entirely "logical" when he does.

I've been trying to convince Layton to make this a major election issue since 2003, but he doesn't have the huevos to even mention it publicly. Makes you wonder what threats he and his family are under.

Layton is a banker-corporate fascist puppet, just like Harper, Ignattieff, and Bob Rae! The time has come to throw away these puppets and demand our own freedom! To quote Martin Luther King- Freedom is never willingly given by the oppressors- it must b e DEMANDED BY THE OPPRESSED!

If we are that close, then Canada should be playing a more active role in US elections.
Lets endorse the Republicans, and thus eliminate the chance of anyone voting for them.
Works both ways.

What is being suggested here is we make our elected parliament irrelevant , with all Canadian laws being made in Washington, just like Vichy France was run from Berlin.
