Title: The Real Illegitimacy of a Harper Government
Written By: Robin Mathews
Date: Wednesday, May 25 at 08:32
Only a review of the Elections Act and a ruling on it by the Supreme Court of Canada (in relation to the citation of the Conservative parliamentarians as being in Contempt of Parliament) can determine if Harper candidates in the recent election were legitimate.  Combined with the alleged Conservative fraud in the 2006 election in-and-out over-spending scandal (compounding ever since), the Harper Conservatives may be stated to be, unequivocally, illegitimately in Parliament.

So the Gasbag spends a few months hanging out in a courtroom and now he thinks he's a lawyer. What next? Will he attend a few church services and then declare himself a theologian?

It's a good analysis, Robin. "Individualist" is simply jealous, not to mention incapable of your logic - plus he is quite proud of the way his mentor Harper deliberately skirts the edges of legality, using the tactics of Big Business when it comes to "pushing the envelope", by what can best be described as the pre-juvenile taunt "my dad is bigger than your dad".

Further indictment of Harper:

BTW, did you notice how the NDP official opposition steered the finance minister into releasing that $2.2 billion to Quebec as part of the HST package? The NDP was the only party to mention this diaparity during the campaign. Way to go, Jack!

Excellent post. Perhaps the best way to get the issue in the public forum is to find ways to get it more publicity.
The mental damage of war is clearly starting to show.

Funny how our friend Indy can't do anything but personally attack Robin because he feels threatened by Robin's well researched, well thought out posting, bringing to light more government corruption and wrong doing! Perhaps if Indy could provide some accurate, factual counter-argument to Robin's claims, then we'd surely listen!

Sounds more like a brainwashed, right wing, groupthink, US puppet, taking his marching orders from Uncle Sam, than an individualist.
