We Know that Earnie Quantz said in the perjury case against a mountie "Ministry policy didn't apply in this case, as I was on holiday at the time"
he is now a judge, passing judgement on the honesty of others.
We know Bob Gillen , required by ministry policy to forward any informations filed against a cop, to Vancouver , refused to do so, in violation of ministry policy. He is now one step away from becoming a judge , passing judgement on the honesty of others.

As long as access to the law is based on how much money one can dole out to afford the 'best legal representation', then the law will remain a sad farce!
