Easy, the ones that say '13' are wrong. Canada has 10 Provinces, and 3 Territories. Saying it has 13 Provinces is like calling Guam or Puerto Rico 'States', and saying the US has 54 States. That'll get you shot in Texas. <img align="absmiddle" src='images/smilies/wink.gif'><br />

We treat our Territories almost like Provinces, but there are differences.<br />

edit: And you map has it wrong too - the province of "Newfoundland and Labrador" is abbreviated 'NL', not 'NF'. Nunavut Territory is abbreviated 'NT' not 'NU' (same as Northwest Territories by Canada Post). <br />

YK, NT, (Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut Territory) aren't Provinces.<br />
