Ok I give...why can't the rest of us read this book? What's in it and is it out of print or just not for public reading? Is it highly classified or written in code?

It's just out of print, that's all. It's supposed to be really hard to find. I said you should go to your local university to look for it because universities usually have enough resources to get stuff like that, but you'd have to be really desperate to make a special trip just for a book.

Just follow the link! It's a complete summary written by someone at U of Texas. The book is all about the Council on Foreign Relations and how its single purpose is to plan out US global domination. The book focusses in on WWII and the years afterwards when the US finally became a major global power. They give the Council's reasons for why the US should enter WWII, for example.
