Stephen Harper has told his staff that it is best to ignore party members who are calling for his resignation even if their criticisms have garnered large amounts of media attention. The speech marked the first time Mr. Harper has addressed the internecine battle....Harper said he would not respond to the dissidents. "The Conservative leader who wins, the leader who brings Conservatives together and unites them, is a leader who, frankly, ignores such people."
Well that didn't work very well or else the Harper who has been ignoring the challenges to his leadership wouldn't have had to come out of his bunker to talk to the Staff.

Harper wants to get in power so badly that he will do anything to get it. He has been on any band wagon that he feels the voter is on. Unfortunatly he dosen't understand the Canadian voter. He should join the news media. At least the media will start a band wagon, even if it's unreal.

Makes you really wonder what the difference between the Conservatives and the Liberals really are, doesn't it?

I'll scream again, where is my National Alternative???

Perhaps it is again time for a rallying call to unite all Pragmatic and Progressive like-minded Canadians against our political and business elite.

Let's take our democracy back!!!

I can't agree with you more Ted. We are getting pretty close to the bottom of the barrel, if we hadn't scraped it empty yet.
